Why the Wolf?

Through coaching we often identify 'Allies' that are part of who we are.  We might give these allies names, objects, forms so that you can bring them to mind and lean on them more easily  These allies are often undefined and therefore not as powerful or useful as they might be without this work.

I discovered my “Wolf” ally through my own coaching journey and it was a powerful revelation.

It's the part of me that is self knowing, confident and knowledgable.  It's me when I know myself and trust myself. My wolf is a calming presence of stillness and thought.  It tells me to listen to myself and to those I trust (my pack) and be comfortable with who I am in that moment.

A Wolf just knows it’s a wolf!  So, be more Wolf!

'Allies' are just one of the many ways we might identify characteristics and find ways of supporting what you want and how you get to where you want to be.  We’ll discover 'saboteurs' that stifle and block our progress and growth.  We will bring to life your 'inner leader'. The most powerful and supportive version of you that supports you from within.

These are just some of the creative ways we can play, learn and grow through coaching.  They sit alongside the more easily identified work such as Defining Values,  Perspectives, Goals, Actions and Accountability, but they are often found to be the most powerful tools when looking for change, overcoming challenges and achieving new goals.
